What is your refund policy?

All our Outlet products have the same Refund policy as products purchased on our main website.

To qualify for a refund, the item(s) must be in their original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories and be in the same condition they were received in. We recommend that you obtain a proof of delivery and adequately insure your items if returning them yourself.

If you prefer, we can arrange the return for you, there is a fee for this and the amount will be deducted from your refund amount, 1 box =£15, 2 or more boxes =£20 If you would like to return your goods, you will need the original order number as proof of purchase.

Please note, we offer a 90 day returns policy for all nursery bedding, décor, and soft goods. If you have an issue with any of your items, please arrange a refund in the normal way and make sure to keep your proof of purchase for reference.

If you have received your item and would like to exchange it for another colour or model, this may incur an additional charge.

If you would like to return your goods or organise and exchange, You will need the original order number as proof of purchase.

Your product is covered under our normal warranty terms after the 14 day cooling off period.

We will happily refund or exchange any item that develops a manufacturing fault within 14 days of delivery. We will repair or replace free of charge any item that develops a manufacturing fault after 14 days of delivery and within the guarantee period.

There will be no charge for the collection and return of these goods.
